If a build runs longer due to design or hardware, additional time is billed at a standard hourly rate.

Disassembly

Starts at $25 depending on item size.

Missing Manual Fee - $35–$100
Applies when instructions are missing and extra time is required to identify parts or reverse-engineer assembly steps.

🛡️ Safety Wall Anchoring – $35 per unit Strongly recommended for households with children or pets. We professionally secure tall items (dressers, bookcases, wardrobes) to the wall studs or masonry to prevent dangerous tip-overs. Includes labor and standard safety hardware installation.

🧱 Wall Mounting Installation – Starting at $65
Essential for "floating" furniture (media consoles, wall cabinets, shelving units).
Includes:

Precision leveling (laser level accuracy).

Professional mounting into studs, drywall, or concrete/masonry.

High-strength toggle bolts or masonry anchors included.

Note: This fee is in addition to the standard assembly rate.
